- Parameters DDSJ350X6C blow molding machine is consisting of extrusion systems composed of 6 different effective extruders, co-extrusion die head, forming machine, blow unit, manipulator, clamping mechanism, frame, safety device, centralized feeding system, electric control system, hydraulic system, pneumatic system, weightlessness weighing system. Etc.
2.1 Basic parameters
2.1.1 Max. Fuel Tank Capacity: 100L

( 1 set of lip die and core die mold available, but sizes should be provided by the buyer in advance.)
2.1.5 The productivity can reach 30pcs above per hour within the total weight of preform. ( The preform is no heavier than 18kg/pcs, and the mold cooling effect and chilling&shaping system must adapt to such productivity.
2.2 Extrusion System
2.2.1 The extruder is in latest structure of slotting drum force feeding device (IKV). The melted materials convey won't be affected by its back pressure and temperature, which assures the high productivity, low fluctuation, and good plasticizing quality.
2.2.2 The screw is in special structure of dispersed mixing and distributed mixing.
2.2.3 All in material 38CrMoLA with nitriding treatment and polishing treatment, it's abrasion resistant and life-long. The nitrided layer thickness is ≥0.5mm while nitrided hardness ≥HV900.
2.2.4 The reducers are all special Germany reducers with high-thrust back pressure bearings, which guarantees stable speed and reliable extrusion.
2.2.5 Heating with die casting aluminum or ceramics for the extruders, water-cooling for the material-convey part of the screws, and wind-cooling for the rest part of screws.

Remarks: A. Extruder A is the body frame of the preform to produce with material HMWPE. B. Extruder B is under special design which keeps the EVOH runs evenly in the recycling layer, improving the strength and stiffness of the fuel tank and the stability of the size. Its plasticizing capability can reach 300kg/h in condition that the recycled material must be no bigger than 6mm in diameter, and no cotton-like shaped material. C. Extruder C was the outer layer of the fuel tank. Some color master batch and the like can be applied together with HMWPE. D. Extruder F is the functional barrier layer for extruding and plasticizing EVOH. E. Extruder D and E for plasticizing and extruding the mixture of modified PE and adhesive assistance. All these 6 extruders designed with Germany technology, which can largely improve the extrusion efficiency and plasticizing ability. 2.3 Clamping Unit of the Forming MachineDual pulling-rod structure, quick moving speed and energy-saving;Detailed parameters are all in below table. 2.4 6-layer Co-extrusion Die 2.4.1 Max. Productivity: 650kg/h(based on the ratio); 2.4.2 Extrusion Speed:0.2kg/s;2.4.3 preform wall thickness control points: 100points;2.4.4 lip die dia.: 250mm-400mm(to make as requested by the buyer, and 1 set of lip die and core die available); 2.4.5 Servo cylinder stroke: 25mm;2.4.6 Electromagnetic induction heating system; 2.4.7 Heating Power: 47kw 2.5 Blowing Unit and Pinch Mechanism It's to finish blowing and producing fuel tank by different directions, such like bottom-blowing, side-blowing, or top-blowing, etc., all designed as requested by the buyer. 2.5.1 expansion stroke: 2×400 mm (adjustable) 2.5.2 expansion rod space: 150mm 2.5.3 up-and-down distance: 300mm (adjustable) 2.5.4 automatic up-and-down stroke: 150mm The height was controlled by the synchronous chain drive of the blowing unit; And the blowing unit has function of going up and down, spreader expansion, etc.The pinch mechanism is flat clamp structure. 2.6 Upper Platform 2.6.1 adjustable 350mm; 2.6.2 it's to install and fix the group of extruders, centralized feeding system, which can be reached from the ladder, and convenient for check and maintenance. 2.6.3 The going up-and-down function helps adjust the distance between mold and lip die, shorten the preform material burrs., save energy and provide convenience of exchanging the mold and lip die or core die. 2.7 Manipulator To fetch the fuel tank with function of up-and-down placement, in-and-out movement, clamp-and-loose action. 2.7.1 up-and-down stroke : 300mm2.7.2 left-and-right stroke: 300mm (servo motor controlled) 2.7.3 Clamping Dia. : 400mm 2.8 Safety Protection Device This equipment is with many interlocking safety device to protect the worker and the equipment itself. There's protection fence below the forming machine's working area. An optical grating is in the open and close area of the forming machine to avoid accidental close of the forming plate when it is under maintenance. Melting pressure sensor is installed in each connection area of the flange for all extruders. It will alarm and stop working automatically whenever the pressure is over the safety line. For quick troubleshooting, there's detection alarm prompt whenever there's any action not exact. 2.9 Electric Control System2.9.1 Original imported Omron PLC and True-color Touch Screen, reliable and quick response. 2.9.2 Preform thickness control points: 100 points ( interpolating 400 points, actually 500 points) Axial servo control. 2.9.3 Original French Schneider or Germany Omron brand for the main low voltage components. 2.9.4 Safety optical grating sensor in the open and close area in forming machine. 2.10 Hydraulic Control SystemMain valves like action valves, flow valves and reserving valves, and main pumps are all originally imported brand , such as Finland VEXVE, Japanese Daikin, etc. ; Servo valve is American brand, MOOG. The hydraulic oil pump uses DAIKIN servo oil pump system, saving 30% than normal valve. Preform thickness axial servo controlled; Main circuit: 15KW servo oil pump; Auxiliary circuit: 11KW servo oil pump; Servo system motor power: 7.5KW (to control the preform thickness) 2.11 Pneumatic and Pneumatic Control SystemMain parts are Japanese or Germany brand, controlling the manipulator more exactly in clamping, and providing gas for blow molding process. 2.12 Centralized Feeding System (Optional) We use Taiwan Shini Company's product for centralized feeding system.It's used for 6 extruders' automatic material feeding,and the feeding capability is 750kg/h and above; It consists of below :- Material for barrier layer: Pre drying device with dehumidifier and dryer, material feeding device;
- Recycling material layer: hot air dryer and material deeding device;
- Outer layer: calculation and mixing the PE material and assistant, material feeding device;
- Base or inner layer: main material and adhesive layer material feeding device;
- Automatic material feeding system for the centralized feeding system;
2.13 Water-chilling Unit for mold cooling (Optional) Taiwan Shini water-cooling machine, SIC30W, cooling capacity 65360kcal/hr, air compressor power 19KW; water tank capacity 270L; Water chilling unit has alarm system of temperature abnormal, pressure abnormal and water less. 2.14 Weightlessness Weighing System (Optional) Taiwan Shini products. 1 set weightlessness weighing system for each extruder with 6 sets linkage work. ±0.3%The main parts are Germany or Italy brand. 2.15 Auxiliary manipulator (Optional) To take out preform, move forward and backward, clamp or loose. Putting the cool material burrs (≤65º) on the convey belt, on middle of which has the metal detector, when any metal found, it will alarm and stop conveying , and work again till the metal disappeared. The plastic material after grinding goes to the material channel through the pipe metal separator, in which the detected metal will be separated and the plastic material continues going into the material channel. QC standard: put the preform burrs onto the convey belt, and the grinder can powder it directly. 2.17 Industrial Robot (Optional) To fetch the mold insert on the conveyor and put exactly it into the correct position of the die cavity insert. - Conveying the mold insert to the specified location;
